What forms of payment do you accept?

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship out within 3 business days.
What about sales tax?
Orders that are delivered within the state of Illinois will be charged sales tax at a rate of 9.25%
Can I send an item as a gift?
Yes, of course! At checkout, please include the gift message that you would like us to include to the recipient.
How do you calculate shipping charges?
We use standard UPS rates which vary by distance and weight.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note that when ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must also be borne by the recipient. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Do you accept returns?
Your happiness is our business. Returns are accepted within 10 days of the date of receipt and must be sent back in the original packaging and condition. Please contact us at "shop[at]snowandgraham[dot]com"or (773) 665-9000 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Credit for returned goods will be issued upon receipt. All wrapping paper is final sale due to the delicate nature of this product.
Yikes, my order is damaged, now what?
Please contact us within 3 days of receipt at shop[at]snowandgraham[dot]com or (773)665-9000 to file a damaged claim. We’ll get it taken care of right away!
What if I don’t find what I am looking for?
We have just a selection of our line available online, please contact us if you don’t see what you are looking for.
Do you take on custom work?
Snow & Graham has worked with many wonderful individuals and companies to create custom graphics. Please send us a brief description of your project to info [at] snowandgraham [dot] com and we will go from there.

How long does it take to receive my personalized order?
Personalized orders will ship within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.
Will I see a proof?
Personalized orders do not include a proof. However, you can order a proof for an additional $5. Be sure to check the box on the product page to add a proof to your order.
How will I receive my proof?
A PDF proof of your personalized notecards will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days of purchase.
Can I rush my order?
Yes, you can contact customer service via phone or email and ask to expedite your order. There will be a 50% up-charge, and your order will ship via the shipment method you select.
Can I cancel my personalized order?
No. By agreeing to the terms on the product page and placing the order, your order is non-refundable.
What if I discover an error in my personalized order?
By agreeing to the terms, you accept all responsibility for the information as entered. If you have purchased a proof, by approving the proof you accept all responsibility for the information and layout as displayed on the PDF proof. If errors are discovered after order is placed and/or after proof approval (if requested) the order will be processed as a new order and all charges and fees will apply.
Can I return my personalized order?
Due to their individual nature, all personalized orders are final sale
What if I am ordering a personalized cards in addition to other fabulous Snow & Graham products?
Your order will ship complete. If you have something that is time sensitive, please contact customer service directly via email or phone.
Why are there character limits and placement restrictions for each font?
As each font is a different size, only a certain a number of characters will fit. Our designers have determined the best placement for each font.
