The color is a rich not-quite-black. Like a chalkboard. More blue than green…..but mostly black. Does this help??

One question, is the background black or a dark blue? It looks blue in the photos, but your post made me think that is black. “The high contrast of the black and white made choosing just the right green and finessing the subtly of the creams a welcome challenge.”
