I was poking around Pinterest looking for ideas to capture my growing baby when I found this clever series and was reminded of this doll house project by Nicole of Making it Lovely. The nursery above features Snow & Graham Tweets wrapping paper on the walls…..but that is just the beginning. The whole house is filled with pattens and papers I have always loved as well as a nicely curated collection of chairs.

My doll house was hands down my favorite toy growing up. I spent hours and hours making furniture and switching the rooms around. The humble wire and felt family that lived there would have loved such a well appointed space. The black, white and pinkĀ palette would have appealed to my 10 year old self and is even more appealing to me now. In fact my living room would fit right in to this mix. To me pink is neutral – even hot pink, so this is pretty much my dream house.
